Villages Housing recognises that it is no longer the role of the housing provider to be just a landlord. Policies and strategies must involve the whole community, and address wider issues, such as employment, education, the environment and crime, in partnership with tenants, residents and a variety of agencies.

Ultimately, however, it is your home that is our core business, and the links from within this page will provide you with all you need to know about what services we can offer you, not only as a Villages Housing tenant, but also as a resident in our two primary estates in Stockbridge Village and Fitton Hill.

As an example, our Skip Service is open to all residents, and provides a practical solution to fly-tipping on our estates; our Landscape teams work hard to ensure our estates are well maintained and well-cared for, for everyone...just a couple of examples of why we believe we need to be 'more than just a landlord.'

To make sure your application is processed, you will need to provide the following information
when returning the form:

*Proof of residence for all people resident at the address you apply from

*Proof of date of birth for yourself, and any family to be housed with you

*Proof of pregnancy if applicable

*Proof of Earnings/benefit entitlements

*For m/storey applicants please provide 2 character references
(not family members)

All proofs must be ORIGINAL documents, which will be copied and returned.
