are always interested in the views of our tenants and partners,
and one of the methods we use to capture these views is via a
survey or questionnaire.
We currently have three surveys in progress - as listed on the
right.
"Customer Information Form"
is an important request to update the information we hold on our
tenants so that we may tailor our services more appropriately.
For example, having an awareness of a tenant's disability would
ensure that specific arrangements to allow entry for a contractor
to undertake repairs could be arranged appropriately and on schedule.
